EU PPF trainings – Preparation of technical documentation

On Monday July 16th 2018, EU PPF8 experts’ team organized training titled Preparation of technical documentation for infrastructure projects eligible for EU or IFIs funding in Novi Sad.

The aim of the training was to provide the participants with understanding and basic knowledge related to the preparation of technical documentation up to a level necessary for project funding. Training covered presentation of procedures and standards for preparation of technical documentation (Pre-feasibility study, Feasibility study, Cost Benefit Analysis) and Environmental Impact Assessment based on EU guide and Serbian legal framework (Law on planning and construction, Law on environmental impact assessment). Training also encompassed the main requirements related to preparation of Conceptual design, Preliminary design, Design for Construction permit and Design for execution.

It was attended by 17 representatives from the Provincial Secretariat for Urban Planning and Environmental Protection, Provincial Secretariat for Energy, Construction and Transport, Provincial Secretariat for Agriculture, Water Management and Forestry, Municipality of Vrbas, PE “Vode Vojvodine” Novi Sad, PE “Institute for Urbanism of Vojvodina” and Ministry of Environmental Protection.
