Brief info on the main purpose of the planned training event	The objective of this training was acquiring basic knowledge in the field of current state of affairs in planning and programming of infrastructure projects in Serbia as well as gaining regional experience – experience from Croatia on planning and programming of infrastructure projects in the water sector, key problems in preparation and implementation of infrastructure projects in the water sector, key requirements for timely preparation of EU co-funded infrastructure projects – experience from the Urban/Beneficiary perspective, financial and budgetary planning at the level of local administration and institutional implementation of the projects – internal capacity building and organizational system development. Target groups were the representatives of line Ministries, city/municipal administration, local PUCs and other organizations from Belgrade, Pančevo, Kraljevo, Loznica and Blace, that are stakeholders of PPF6 sub-projects and are directly or indirectly involved in preparation of infrastructure projects.
