Brief info on the main purpose of the planned training event	This practical seminar is aimed to cover all essential aspects of FS and Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA) in line with the EU Guide on CBA published in December 2014, as well as the EIA and ESIA studies and conditions for implementation of infrastructure projects. Seminar explains in practical way how to successfully perform FS and each element of CBA (financial, economic, sensitivity and risk analysis) as well as the importance of EIA and ESIA studies for railway infrastructure projects eligible for EU funds. Target group for the training were representatives of relevant Ministries and of Serbian Railways Infrastructure.
