Target group for the training were representatives of relevant Ministries (Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management Ministry of Mining and Energy, Ministry of Environmental Protection, Ministry of European Integration and Ministry of Finance (CFCU) and employees of city/municipal administration
